The company was funded by Shanghai Sundiro Investment Co., Ltd., AVIC International Aviation Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Rongchun Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total investment of the company is 300 million yuan, of which AVIC Development accounts for 45% of the shares; Sundiro Investment accounts for 45% of the shares; Shanghai Rongchun holds 10% of the shares.
The company is located in Workshop 204, AVIC International Industrial Zone, Shunyi District, with its factory area of more than 12,000 square meters. The company has many sets of international advanced mechanical processing and specialized processing equipment and has mastered many kinds of cross-professional processes such as turn-milling compound processing, five-axis grinding, shot peening, robot sand blasting, plasma spraying, vacuum heat processing, robot deburring, static balancing, high-pressure water coating and so on.
The company is mainly engaged in the processing and manufacturing of high-temperature alloy and titanium alloy parts in the engine, which required difficult material processing, strict quality requirements and complicated technology It is a high-end manufacturing field different from the traditional machining field. Based on introducing western equipment, AVIC SUndiro Company establishes a perfect quality system, adapts advanced management concepts, and strives to build an international aviation parts manufacturing base through absorption and improvement.
At present, the company's main processed products are LEAP engine rings. LEAP engine is a new generation turbofan engine developed by GE in the United States and Safran Engine in France. It is the main engine of Boeing 737MAX, Airbus A320neo and domestic C919, and will become the main commercial turbofan engine of the next generation in the world. It is also the only designated engine of the national large aircraft project before the domestic engine matures.
